I'm super excited for this podcast. One of the number one things I hear from people I work with and just my girlfriends in general, seriously, every single person says, oh, I would be happy with myself if I could just lose these last 5, 10, or 15 pounds. I'm going to dig deep. I'm going to tell my own stories, but I'm also going to talk about specific ways you can change your mindset so you can be happy with where you're at right now.
